The objective of the article is to identify factors that impact on sustainable development of the Mekong River Delta agricultural cooperatives. The article uses multivariable regression to find the factors affecting the business performance of cooperatives through the survey of 80 agricultural cooperatives in three provinces of TraVinh, Ben Tre and SocTrang in the Mekong River Delta from April to December 2016. The results show that labor, business capital, affiliated with input enterprises, and consumption of products affect the efficiency of business activities of agricultural cooperatives.
